Log in at yourdomain.mcneilprinting.com.
If you do not have an account set up, please click on the Create an Account
link and enter the required information to create your account.Step 2:
We recommend that you confirm your shipping address immediately after creating an account. Select Address Book
from the main navigation menu.Step 3:
Begin shopping by selecting a category from the main menu and then click on the item name or the button to View Details
for your product of interest.Step 4:
Once you've selected your desired quantity, your shipping location, and given the product a custom name (if desired), click on the button to Customize Now
Customize the information on the template. Click on the Update Preview
button to see the changes. You may see the back side of the product by selecting Page Number 2. When you're ready to continue to checkout, check the box to confirm that all information is correct and the product is read for print. Then click on the button that says Add to Cart
. Step 6:
To view your shopping cart at any time, select the cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. You may edit the contents of the shopping cart by saving products for later or removing products. Select Edit
to update the quantity or change the customization of a template. You may select a shipping method and location for each item in your cart. When you're ready to continue, click on the blue button to Proceed to Checkout
Confirm the details of your order and enter a separate billing address if desired. You may also enter any custom instructions. If you need to change any information, please select Edit quantities or shipping options
Click on Submit Order
or Invoice Customer Account
to place the order and proceed with payment. Once you click the submit button, you will either be expected to pay on your account or proceed to make a payment using PayPal. You may use any credit card or your PayPal account to complete the payment.Please Note:
Once you click on the submit button, an order is created in our system and your cart contents are deleted because the order is assumed to have been placed. If you change your mind and hit the back button, you will find your cart to be empty! If you still want to process your order, payment will need to be made by phone at 801.221.2555 or you will need to email us at email@example.com to cancel the order.
Once payment is completed, we will receive a request for an order in our console and we will begin production. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. (Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive it.) It takes three days to print the cards and then they will be shipped to you.
